CCW expiring soon, how do I renew it from Iraq?

As the subject reads... anyone know how I can renew my CCW without being present in Boise?

I'd contact the sheriff's dept where it was issued and let them know your situation. Most have a specific individual responsible for CWPs that know the ins and outs.
