Air gun incindiary rounds

Someone has figured out that small rifle primers can be glued to air gun pellets to make them more... interesting   These are .22 cal lead airgun pellets with the primers glued flash-side forward.

the question is can they be glued on to the front of a real bullet and survive the firing and barrel stage and make it all the way to a target....that could be even more fun...
