Copper yes, but they're Barnes bullets. No lead. A good copper solvent will take care of that.
I doubt there is much risk of tearing up a barrel. From what I've read, a lot of that concern came from the 220 Swift. That problem had as much to do with barrel quality (lack of) in those early rifles as it did with pushing lead/copper at 4000+ fps. New manufacture barrels ought be okay with 4000 fps rounds. (If I'm way off base here, someone educate me. What I say is based on reading I've done in the past.)
Again, I'd be more concerned with the accuracy of such a light bullet through a barrel with 1 in 8 or 1 in 9 twist.
