New stick
« on: February 09, 2007, 11:00:05 PM »
Well, I finished putting together my second 18" AR.  Heading for the shooting spot Saturday about noon to see if it blows up when I pull the trigger.  It's pretty nice looking and I actually like the green furniture and painted barrel.  I hope it sends 68gr pellets down range as well as my first 18" AR.  :D

Going to sight it in at 100 then see how it (me  :-\) does at 300 and 600.
Q: What was the most positive result of the "Cash for Clunkers" program?
A: It took 95% of the Obama bumper stickers off the road.

Well JR, I never post pics of my weapons.  Just the way it is.

I was pretty pleased with the new stick.  It's not quite as nice as my WOA 18" SPRish but it did pretty well.  Not that I have chrono'd them both my dope should be closer.  I expect more hits at 600 next time.  I am curious if it'll throw 75gr or 77gr pellets though.  I know the WOA will.
