« on: January 16, 2010, 02:56:04 AM »
Looking around for some site that have reloading information on pistol and rifle....
So far found a couple that I would like to share AR15 .com, handloads.com and
most of the powder co have some information as well.
Do you know of other sites that one could obtain some reloading information....

Send me links and we'll make this another sticky thread! I'd really like the reloading area to become a resource for those of us that are addicted to more than just pulling the trigger.

Steve's Pages.

http://stevespages.com/page8.htm

He shares a lot of stories about working up loads for pistol and rifle.  I get quite a kick out of reading his pages.  His account of the 22-250 I thought was especially entertaining.

You have to scroll through the ads to get to the links on the bottom of the page

Probably the best source on the net is http://www.accuratereloading.com/.  Covers about everything.  Especially interesting account of accuracy and velocity in .223 with a progressively shorter barrel.

Roger that, this thread will be for the more obtuse links or space to share your pet loads for what ever caliber turns your crank.

If anyone wants to see my case prep/loading process it's on my web site, (also in the tagline of my sig)
http://idpa.kohagen.com/LRTR1.html

This is not something I came up with, it is the product of copying and stealing ideas from those that have done this for a long time, some from some long range shooting guru's and some from friends around the area. I've changed it just a little since I posted it a year or so ago, but for the most part it's still the same.

FWIW, YMMV, and all those other disclaimers

This link is courtesy of JMack. It was posted in another thread but I think it is worthy of a dupe post and needs to be included in this thread.

Some people are like Slinkies - not really good for anything, but you can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.
