Pretty sure this is a dupe.
Q: What was the most positive result of the "Cash for Clunkers" program?
A: It took 95% of the Obama bumper stickers off the road.

Looks like fun, but getting a clean & ethical shot would be really tough.

I think what he's referring too is the ability of the shooter to make a shot that he knows will be fatal and will cause death in as short a time as possible thereby saving the animal from undue suffering.

Thanks fj40mjo, that's exactly what I meant.  Couldn't have said it better myself.  ;D

My best friend lives in Texas where the hog population has been a HUGE problem for years.  Occasionally, the population will become enough of a problem that they'll offer bounties and allow taking them by any means necessary.  I hope one day to make the trip down for a hunt with him as it sounds like more fun than a man should be allowed. :D

After watching the video it would seem that these guys have figured out how to make clean shots on these hogs even from a Heli . Looks like most of them just piled up in a heap . Maybe they are shooting them with a 6.8 SPC or .458 SOCOM ? I personally would think a 12 gauge shotgun with a red dot sight loaded up with 00 or slugs would work pretty well but would probably tenderize you after a day or 2 .

I think they used 5.56 AR-15's and an AK-47.

Whatever they used it didn't look like this was their first rodeo ;)
