Sausage Cream Sauce and Bow Tie Pasta

1lb Italian Sausage
1T crushed red pepper flakes
1/2C diced onion
6 garlic cloves
2 14oz Italian stewed tomatoes
2C 1/2 & 1/2 (Half and Half)
salt to taste
12oz Bow Tie pasta
grated Parmesan & Red pepper flakes
 
Cook sausage and red pepper flakes until completely cooked.  Add onion and garlic and cook until onions are clear.  Add tomatoes, cream and salt.  Simmer until slightly thickened.  Pour over cooked pasta.  Serve with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
