Looks like a good deal to me, too. You want to check the fine print before you buy it though. From the product description at the Costco web site:

"Although TVP (textured vegetable protein) is not an actual meat product, its taste and texture is consistent with real meat."

The TVP is mostly soy bean product. Not a durn thing wrong with that, of course, unless you have a soy allergy issue at your house, like I do at mine. Although I have no problem with it, soy protein really messes my wife up, but that doesn't mean we can't use the product. If I eat the soy stuff then that just frees up more of our other stock for my lovely bride. Makes everything go further.
