Little off subject, but I was watching a show this evening on one of the hunting channels and the hunter was going after a Kodiak bear with a bow. After 4 days of glassing they finally got the bear in the right spot and the wind right so they make a stalk. At 30 yards the bear busted them and not having the wind in his favor and unable to identify the intruder in his territory he did as apex predators often do, turn towards the threat and charge. At 15 yards in slowmo you can see the hunter trying to nock an arrow, at 10 the camera is falling to the ground and you can hear the camera man crying like a bitch but all you can see is grass and ground, at 9-8-7 you hear the guide firing his back up rifle and the bear dies. When the shooting stops you can hear the guide yelling at the camera man that he's alright and to quit boobin. I laughed my ass off. Betcha he reconsidered his career path!
