Thank you FJ.
Can you let us know what Winchester told you on the original issues with the brass.

Actually I got no explanation from Winchester/Olin whatsoever. Just a certificate which I exchanged at Cliff"s (original point of purchase) for an additional 50pcs of brass. I guess 5% attrition rate is acceptable to them. ::)

I had 2 pieces of 308win, Winchester brass out of 2k of new bulk brass that had shoulder creases. The rest have been processed. All but 200 have been primed. Some have as many as 5 firings on them. I have had no other QC issues.
Some people are like Slinkies - not really good for anything, but you can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.

I had given up on using Winchester brass years ago.  It seams like same issues keep on reoccurring over and over.

One of the problems I had with Winchester brass was the cartridge would always have a bulge at the base of the case (.22-.250).  The problem never happened with any other brand of brass.  I also had problems with the cases splitting.  And I know of several others have run across a variety of problems with Win brass.
