Pistol barrel question
« on: September 12, 2009, 05:55:30 PM »
Ok a glock can supposingly fire 10's of thousands of rounds with out any problems. How bout pistols with barrels like in a kel-tec or ruger lcp? You look at the barrels in those pistols and they look so much cheaper made then a glock , springfields or 1911's barrels. What say you all? Is this just in my head or are the kel-tec and lcp type pistols not made for firing like the others?

 ??? ??? ???

I shot my kel tec about 500 times the barrel lug broke, Kel tec replaced it free, Still carry the gun, have shot about 200 rounds this bbl, I believe these types of guns and bbl are not meant to shot lots, what that number rally is, is hard to say. S&W actually made the .380 sigma with a documented 2500 shelf life.
