That one looks fake. How is it possible to dial 4 lines at the same time. Also the amount of heat necessary to cause the moisture in the popcorn kernel to expand is too high for a cell phone signal to generate.

You would have to dial with 4 other phones. I just looked on snopes and the effects were achieved by dropping already popped pieces of corn onto the table then editing out the kernels. So yes, fake. I'll have to look for some other excuse for my fading brain cells!
