I've heard a few theories, which one or ones are you talking about in particular?

Mainly that the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition and not just the work of Al Queda there is much evidence to support it.  Some theories I do not buy but I defiantly  do no buy what the media tells me. If you have no idea watch the vid its worth your time

What I saw were two planes hitting the towers.  Lots of fire.  Then the towers collapsed.

What I was told was that they were passenger planes piloted by terrorists and that the fires caused the towers to fall.

I believe what I saw (only because there were countless eye witnesses and it was live TV; I wasn't there).  I would be naive to believe everything I was told (and so would you).  Especially by the MSM which has been caught many times either downright lying, passing on bogus info without verifying it, or twisting the truth to fit their agenda.

Now, I'm not saying I am a 911 conspiracy theorist but I do believe what we've been told isn't the whole truth.

Considering that it would take a lot of explosives , plus lot of wiring to do it and all that time hundreds of maintenance and janitorial staff would be OK with unknown people wiring the place up for weeks ahead of time thousands of pounds would be needed, sequential firing which means miles of wire connected to a control board. (At night I would have to guess because I'm sure the tens of thousands of occupants would not like to see explosives being rigged up over their desk during the day)

I'm going with the airplane story for now.

And yes I'm a little familiar with buildings since I am in the Facilities Management business and have managed several millions sq. ft. of office space. And still oversee several building in a couple states. Built building from the ground up, and done modifications to occupied buildings. Visited a building that was going to be demo'd once also, wires were everywhere, and sections of the steel beams had to be cut out because that is how you control the fall, explosives are not enough, steel has to be removed to give direction to the fall.

Jeff , you seem to have let that door swing a little too far open...just saying.

Reread what I said.  In simple terms I don't believe everything that I'm told.

I never said that I thought it was demolitions or Bush's fault or whatever.  I do believe there is more to it than we've been told.

Damnit, you're right.  PERSEC violated.  :-X

Oh well, I'm on every other list so I guess being added to that one is OK.  ;)  Hell, I was probably already on that one already anyway.

I think your tinfoil hat is getting loose dude, its all pretty simple.

1) terrorist assholes enter us.
2) terrorist assholes learn to fly.
3) terrorist assholes steal planes.
4) terrorist assholes fly planes into building.
5) buildings burn for a while and become structurally unsound and fall down because scyscrapers werent meant to be able to withstand having jetliners full of fuel rammed into them.
6) conspiracy nuts latch onto event like a pitbull on a hambone and start spouting a plethora of bullshit ideas about how our government had something to do with it.
7) rational people realize that while the government does not tell us everything that goes on, and the media likes to slant things, and skew stories, both said entities are much more reliable sorces than crackpot conspiracy nuts who have nothing better to do than try and find evidence that the aliens actually took down the WTC.

I thought the towers were brought down by global warming. ???

It's not global warming any more you moron, it's Climate Change! :stick:

Since we are now considering extreme freezing temperatures to be a part of the original "Global Warming" FACT, we cannot continue to confuse people with such a simplistic term.

It is now accepted fact that "Climate Change" is the appropriate word.

Now go and buy my book or my movie to pay for the carbon offset that your gas guzzling vehicles are emitting.

Is this the same video that says a missle hit the Pentagon and the engine parts and miscelaneous parts laying on the ground do not match up with any known jet aircraft, which turned out to be exact matches for a Boeing 757?

Sure...

Bush and the super secret government boogey men brought down the twin towers with high explosives.
No one has said a word about it..because the CIA is involved in the coverup.

Sorry, but I don't buy that Michael Moore crap one bit..because that is what it is...total Fucking BULLSHIT.

Go to memri.org and look at the crap that people in the middle east are being fed....then you can start to understand WHY this happened.

Unrelated, but I was at Offutt AFB that morning...saw AF One fly in. No one knew WTF was going on. We sat in front of the TV for the entire morning. Work stopped. Life changed in the .mil. It has never been the same.

I have also been to the top of the WTC three times...So I can imagine what it was like being trapped up their on the observation deck waiting to die...I still get upset at even the mention of 911. As far as I am concerned, I don't care if we have to level all the mountains in Afghanistan to find that little C*cks*cker Bin Laden.

Okay good I was getting scared that nobody was going to mention the "missile" that hit the pentagon.  I'm still scouting around Roswell so it will be a while before I get to this stuff, somehow I am going to tie it around the strange way that the Fed Building in Oklahoma City blew up (blast pattern away...and to the left...of truck) oh wait..away..and to the left...that is JFK so I can tie that in as well.  Anyways so yeah, Bigfoot, Climate Warming (my new word) D.B. Cooper, I've got a good batch to wade through.  Carry on!

Exactamundo!

Oh, and there is a shirt out there like this.  Like one guy told me, "Its not good or bad, just true".  I'll leave that one up for argument, I just like the shirt.  Anyone finds offense they can report it to Jeff.  Now excuse me, I must be getting back to Roswell..

I would agree that the USA having MIL bases in the M.E. could cause Extremests to cause call for Jihad & give them the reason to come over here & commit suicide by plane

I will say what boggles my mind more than anything is that more people on those planes did not do more to stop the nutless bastards?!?!  Maybe its because I grew up in Caldwell but if I was on a plane and some dip shit pulled out a box cutter I don't think I would stay calmly in my seat and watch to see what happens next?  You would think there would have been a few guys that would think that same way!

Before 9/11, if a plane was hijacked the worst that usually happened was that the passengers would end up someplace inconvenient, like Cuba.  If everybody followed orders, they would come out all right.

The 9/11 hijackings changed all the rules.  Now you have to assume the plane is going to be used as a weapon.  The 9/11 hijackers screwed it up for all future hijackers.  In fact, the 9/11 hijackers did more to prevent future hijackings than all the stupid TSA bullshit that must be endured at airports.

The passengers of Flight 93 showed that people are willing to step up once the stakes are known.
