We were over at the Boise Costco today and noticed pails with 45 lbs (net wt) wheat for $19.99. The wheat was by Lehi Roller Mills. I don't know if this brand is any good. I suspect it's OK, and the price seems pretty good.
Wheat can have a 30+ year shelf life, and it's as relatively cheap way to get your food storage going.
