Topic: Rogain Shoot

 This is a cross country travel NOTHING to do with hair..
 A while back we did a cross country shoot this is open to all ages, Those
with four wheelers can use them as long as the law is not broke with them.
 Most forms of transportation can be used but mainly a chance to see nature an enjoy the people that shoot.
 you pick an area and put camp in the center and head out to different firing
points that are in a circle from camp usually 2 miles out.
 Talked to one of the shooter at Neff's shoot thought it would be a great idea,
The shooting distance would be what you want to try, over a weekend for
a thought..
 Anyone want to try this?

So why is it called a Rogain shoot

[Nomad]

This is a crosscountry event traveling in groups of 2-5 people to different
navigation points, with a hashouse in the center for food and rest
this is a all day event both physical and challenging for some and others just
out having fun. All ages are welcome a chance to something a little different.
 Land navigation with compass and map. The challenge is to range and shoot your target at unknown distances. We have challenge to try this are some of you
ready do a different shoot???
 Could be a lot of fun...
