On a serious note, you do realize that this article you just posted, simply refers to the first article you posted as it's source? And then uses some internet blogger to list off a bunch of hearsay that he thinks is going on, and there is not one lick of actual evidence anywhere in the article. Other than Rahm is in charge?

For someone that is so wrapped up in the facts, like 9/11 you sure buy into this load of crap with very little evidence?    and a whole lot of hearsay. If you applied the same BS meter to this article as you do to the 9/11 theories, I would think this would be at the extreme edge of the BS meter...

I will say, I am not defending the gov't, but come on people... worry about where to get primers instead of reading what Rahm and Obama have planned in their secret little lair on the East Coast.

I think you need to improve your reading comprehension skills. I have bought into nothing, I am asking questions nothing more. I read teh whole article. Nowhere did I say I believed all the possibilities posited.  The WND article referenced the other article only on some points.

As Thomas Jefferson said the price of freedom is eternal vigilance. Which is why we are loosing our freedoms, to many folks just dismiss everything out of hand with little or no questioning. If you think we should ignore Rahm and Obama and want to laugh it all off as just tin foil hat stuff then you are a fool and no better then the rest of the sheep who think the economy is recovering. "Yeah the government is corrupt but they would never go this far" seems to be the theme of such folks despite the abundance of evidence to the contrary and the almost daily attacks on our freedoms by this government.

 As for 9/11 the people who dismiss it are always the ones who refuse to look at the evidence  because they read the popular mechanics garbage and then all they can do is try to ridicule and never have the balls to discuss facts, and get their panties in a bunch when anyone does try to have some meaningful conversation on the subject. All I can says is you have a rude awakening coming if you are among that class.

If they are taking these coordinates (and that is surprising), I'm not sure you need to go digging for a reason.  The census is when redistricting happens.  That data, along with registered voter info and poll info and a few software guys will allow crazy redistricting that locks the dems into a House majority or supermajority for damn near forever.  The texas legislature did it (Repubs), so did california (dems.)  Some crazy ass shaped districts.

They're Chicago politicians and will be effectively unopposed in their efforts.  They won't pass up that opportunity, I wager.
