If you want to try online, you can check out Walton Feed (located in southeastern Idaho):
http://www.waltonfeed.com/store

Other places online:
http://store.honeyvillegrain.com/
http://beprepared.com/

In the area the LDS cannery has the best prices for 10# cans. You do not have to be a member of the LDS church to shop there, but it is do it yourself. They will let you go there and can whatever you plan to purchase. But, the cannery will not let you bring in food that you have purchased somewhere else to can there.
Phone:  (208) 375-7893
Address:  604 East 46th Street
Garden City, Idaho 83714
Price Sheet can be found at: http://www.providentliving.org/pfw/multimedia/files/pfw/pdf/120974_HomeStoragePriceSheetSpring2009_pdf.pdf

Also, you may want to consider using food grade 6 gallon pails. It's much easier than canning and one 6 gallon pails can hold about 41# (+/-) a pound or two. You can buy 100 oxygen absorbers at the LDS cannery for $7 and the pails locally in Eagle at https://www.containerandpackaging.com. Just make sure you get the lids that have seals. The pails we use are food grade quality. The ones from D&B don't appear to be food grade quality. I might trust those for animal food or maybe short term storage but not for my food and long term storage. If you do the pails pinto beans are $5 less per 25# bag at Costco.

do you want cans or buckets?

I pack 5gallon pails, with mylar/02 absorbers

If you get a couple buckets&lids from D&B or walmart, I will give you 2 mylars and 02 absorbers and let you use my sealer. D&B is out of sealing lids, Walmart is cheaper on the buckets but their lids dont seal.

Pick up a bag of rice and beans from sams/costco and I will help you out on 2 of the buckets.

Where did you buy your sealer and how much did it cost? Are you talking about a sealer for the mylar?

I borrowed the LDS #10 canner and bought some beans and rice from the LDS cannery.  Plus some different rice and beans from Winco.
Q: What was the most positive result of the "Cash for Clunkers" program?
A: It took 95% of the Obama bumper stickers off the road.
