Well it would be a running list as each department is completely different.  Experience wise DOC has glock 9s, Elmore county carries Glock .40s.  Anything else I dont know.

Nampa PD has Glock 21s.

DOE SWAT at INEEL carrys Glock 22's.

Canyon County carrys 9 Mil Glocks. Their SWAT team carrys Glock 18's. Yeah, I'm envious of them.

Canyon County patrol carries 9's, (either 17's or a few guys carry 19's).  I carry a.........................in case bourneshooter forgot since his last post...............a G18.(he hates that)
I would safely say the vast majority of agencies in the valley carry Glocks of some species.
I don't remember who, but I was at some training not too long ago and a valley officer was wearing a Kimber.

DOC uses Glock 22's and 23's.  Not 9mm.
Due to the actions of the offender...

Custer County is weapon of your choice within limits. The SHERIFF carries a Beretta 92FS. Most of the deputies I have seen carry 1911's of some sort.

All the folks I know in Ada County SO carry the Glock 22.

US Marshals carry the Glock 22.  Court Security Officers in the Federal Building carry Glock 23.
