Glock 17/22 Conversion Kit.
« on: January 25, 2009, 07:14:04 PM »
While doing research, I have only come across two makers of the 22 conversion for Glocks. Johnathan Arthur Ciener Inc., and Advantage arms. Im told J.A.C. is a crook with over 30 filed complaints to the BBB in the last 36 months, and Advantage is Cali based and can only do 10 round clips with their model. Can anyone give me the real skinny, and tell me if there is another manufacturer out there I might have missed? As we all know money is much harder parted with in this economy, and I need my purchases to really count.

The AA kits are very quality kits, if you can find one, and at a decent price. The ones manufactured for export outside of the state come with 15-round mags.

I know this is a super old topic (new member catching up on all the old gossip) but I have an advantage arms kit for my G30 and haven't had any problemo's at all.  But you must use decent ammo, the cheap stuff will occasionally not go bang, not sure why.
