What happened to all the SS109 M855?

Did supplies just suddenly dry up do to the panic of '08?
I can't even find S&B M855 or any of the out-of-spec Serbian battle packs.
What's the deal?

How about the Prvi Partizan M855?: http://www.wideners.com/itemdetail.cfm?item_id=8495&dir=18 I've had great results w/their M193.
