FYI -

I stopped by Al's Pawn Shop in Caldwell this morning, and they have 5 500 round cases of brown bear 7.62x39 ammo for sale.  Price on the box is 159.99 (I know) but when I asked them about it they were very willing to deal.  They had about 300 rounds of wolf for sale that I bought. 

If you just have to have some x39 now, this is one of the only places I can find that had any.

Cliff has a lot of Brown Bear and Golden Bear right inside the door. Didn't catch the price.
