I will not be making it . My daughters have a previous engagement and I have a pile of stuff I need to accomplish inthe next week . Maybe we can have a second one in the spring .

Class was great!! My wife and I are not experts, but we know alot more than we did about our compass and pacing...

I found out I am rusty and need to practice a little bit more.

Had a great time. Though I did not do as well as I thought I would, I'm pretty sure that if my destinations had been a camp instead of drinking cups, I'd have found them. Course if the camp was 5 miles away instead of 500 meters away, it might be a different story.

Well I am allready scouting another area probably somewhere south of Marsing about the jump creek area.  Would be a hike just to get to it but would be fun.  Might wait till it warms up unless nobody minds the cold.
