Hi, I'm 26, love guns, just won my first AR on gunbroker and can't wait to get it into my hands.  It's a Colt 6920, I'm stoked.

Anyways, I have a great and (mostly supportive of my hobbies) girlfriend.  I also love photography which is my other money drain.  Thanks.

Welcome!
I think there are a number of us who have the photo-gun bug.
It's all shooting, right  ;)  Welcome!

Well, here's a question for you guys.  I just picked up my new AR-15 this past friday and I'm looking for a place to sight it in and shoot a couple hundred rounds.  I would like to stick to free public land.  Where do I look?  I've really only been into pistols in the past and have pretty much shot only at Impact.

By the way, field stripped and cleaned my AR for the first time tonight using a couple of different internet guides, much easier than I thought it would be.

Thanks.

I've only shot pistols and shotguns out there but the area out beyond the powerlines heading south on Pleasant Valley road is common.  It's off of Kuna-Mora road.

welcome!  I see you went straight for one of the better ARs out there! The 6920 is on the "short-list" of Tier 1 ARs... but you probably already knew that. ;)  Nice!
