What do you do to get into shape for hunting or just
trying to stay in shape....
Walking with a pack and adding extra weight to it walking 5
or so miles after work couple of nights a week.
BOB pack or hunting pack what do you carry. Food {MRE'spower bars
what works for you.
Working and then headed to the mountains boy how many times
did I say I am going to be in better shape NEXT year and it never came...
Now how much weight should one carry items add up fast.....
