Need a gunsmith for my AR
« on: August 25, 2008, 06:18:42 PM »
I'm not sure if this is the right place for this one but here goes.
So I need to take my AR in somewhere to work out some hiccups.
I've been seeing intermitten short-strokes ever since I bought it and I believe it is due to gas leaking from where the gas block and gas tube meet.
Anyway, I've never really needed to take anything to a gunsmith and was wondering if anyone could recomend one, preferably in the Boise area that is skilled with this sort of thing.

Thanks

Tom Neth at ESE in Emmett does good work on just about all guns.  He did a SWEEEET trigger job on my X2, and has done a couple of different things for me on my AR.
