Old Ammo
« on: August 23, 2008, 11:56:04 AM »
Question...cleaning garage found box with old ammo (all factory, no reloads) ranging from 22, 380, 9mm, 40, 41mag, 357, 38 special, 30-06 and other.  Only two rounds of some and 10 to 20 rounds of other.  Anybody want?  If not, what is a good way to dispose of?

I'll take the 22, .380, 9mm, and .30-06.  :)

You can always drop it off at Impact.  The gunsmith will use it if it's still OK.
Q: What was the most positive result of the "Cash for Clunkers" program?
A: It took 95% of the Obama bumper stickers off the road.

Done, 525 rounds 22 lr, 30 rounds 22 short, about 20 rounds 380, and only 2 30-06 for Jeff!  ;D  Got more 30-06 but cant find it right now but it is yours also.  How can I get it to you?  Also .45 ACP gone to John for the new Kimber.  .357 is now gone also...so I got a few 41 mags (three rounds to be precise) and about 30 misc 38 special target loads.

I can stop by or maybe you can make it to pizza one of the weeks.  Whatever works for you.  ;)

Sounds good we can set something up this week, my work number is 631-8903, I am going to try and hook up with John this week (he is in Nampa) and see if he is going to pizza and have him bring it.  Maybe I can find that 30-06, had about 100 rounds laying around.

Until pizza is on a saturday night or I can find a good babysitter I will never make it to pizza.  >:(

I'll take the .40, .38, .357

Always use some free practice rounds for the kids to get use to the weapons.

Its yours NGO, sorry no .40 it was actually .45 (I typed it in wrong) and gave that to aglockforeachhand.  Will try and get all ammo to Jeff, if that works out for you...you go to pizza right?

Oh, also will be putting in one 30 round AR mag (USGI I think) and one 20 round Pro Mag (not Pmag), Jeff you can keep em or give em away at pizza if you dont mind.  Might also be some other goodies in there for free.
