A 10...a Freaking 10

Just an experience for you guys, bought my new Olympic Arms AR15 from Impact guns and finally got to shoot it.  Could not get it on the paper, no matter what I tried!  Took it back to Impact (Daniel to be specific) and was finally called four days later to pick it up.  Thought this was a little long, but then talked to Daniel and he told me they had the same problem...could not get it on paper.  Three boxes of ammo and a new flat top riser later finally got it bore sighted and sighted in.  Problem was with the riser (purchased from Sportsmans), not sure but it was messed up and would not set in grooves right.  Now what was the cost for all of this...one box of ammo!!!!  That is customer service!!!  Just thought you guys/gals would like to know. ;D ;D ;D ;D
