Topic: Went for a drive today

Headed out Blacks Creek, ended up at Mt Home.  Nice little drive and ended up calling in this little gal, missed the second one that came in with her.

Nice!  We went out to Bonneville on Sat.  Didn't see dog one.  Heard some, but couldn't get on them, and didn't have a call.  It was bitter cold, but good to get out.  Stopped by the Blacks Creek looney bin/dump to send a few rounds down range before the ID10T's started showing up.

I went out Blacks Creek, across the South Fork, through Prarie, up the South Fork again, across Anderson dam and back to Mt. Home to Boise.

But I'm sure you knew that, right?

Don't know about the Blacks Creek rangedump, haven't been there for 20 years.

Nope, just wondering. I have driven to Mtn Home before because I was thinking about what I needed to do there later that day and ended up out there 4-5 hours earlier than I meant to be but still, things we accomplished.

In years past you would not have made it past the end of the pavement on Blacks Creek heading towards Prairie without having to shovel...ask me how I know

I wonder how the road is into the Danskin LO area???

Not going to get there till late spring I'd guess.  All roads are closed off headed into the Danskins anyway.

With all of the people with places in the Prarie area now days, they keep that road fairly well cleared most of the time anymore.

I like that drive, especially once you get to the canyon, saw a HUGE German Brown taken out at the bridge once when I was a youngster.
