Topic: Anyone local have an STI Spartan I can check out?

I need to pickup a 1911 in .45, but really don't want to spend much on one. I am not a huge fan of the single stack 1911 for competition, just not my cup of tea. But I want to shoot the 1911 match again this year and would not mind having one around, if it were cheap. Since I know I can get a Spartan for $588, I wanted to try and fondle one before I buy it. I'm just worried I won't like the feel of the low cost model.
