Revocable Trust
« on: December 26, 2011, 03:40:51 PM »
Am looking for information on preparation of a Revocable Trust

Has anyone prepared one?

Did you do it yourself, use an attorney, web site, software program, etc.?

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dick

I did one myself, had it notorized at the UPS store I believe.  Used a copy of Quicken Willmaker and a link I'll try to dig up (google should show it also) that walks you through how to fill it out step by step.  The link was particularly cool because everything was written in regards to doing class III type stuff.

Thanks, JR

I bought a copy of Quicken Will Maker which states that it includes access to Nolo's Online Living Trust, but I wasn't sure that the cost of Nolo's info was included in the price of the Quicken program so I haven't opened it yet!

I also want to use this for class III items.

Did you have any problems w/ATF approval of the trust?

If you want to, give me a call, I can be reached a 208-284-3873.

Here's a write-up that covers most of the basics...
