When the government feels 100-200 rds. is too much, most of those sworn to uphold the US Constitution will be the collectors of said contraband. I wonder if they will take my airsoft bb's?

Maybe we should look at this another way...  How much ammo do you store in relation to how much you shoot each year?  Those people that don't shoot much probably don't store much.

I think you should store at least one years worth.

I love this question! I have a friend who might have a dillon 650 with a case feeder and might load 1K-2K at a time in each caliber. No point in doing all the set up for 10 minutes of loading he told me once.
He owns:

38 special
357
44 MAG
45 ACP

300WM

So the answer to your question.... A lot.... for him.
