BK,You can get the triggers to a decent level with little work and some cheap, quality parts as Evans pointed out.I have a 17 with a really decent 3 -3.5lb trigger and it shoots well enough for what we do. I have a 19 with a little heavier trigger and again it works but the grip is too short so I get bit on mag changes. I have a little 27 that will just pound down a piece of steel with the 4.5trigger and it carries nicely in the pocket of my parka. I've done the Dawson/Sevigney sights on all but the 27. But, I still can't commit to the Glocks. Being a 1911 guy, youmay likely remain unsatisfied with the trigger. I know I am. Having shot 1911's and revolvers all of my life I am spoiled when it comes to triggers and the level of accuracy a great trigger provides.I think the last shot I fired with my 1911 was a week or so back. I was playing a game of HORSE with some forum members. My last hit was at about 180yds on a steel silhouette. Game over! To my friends' credit and my dismay, none of their Glocks KABOOMED. After their Glocks crapped out at distance, they were also able to make hits to about 150yds with my 1911. These were obviously skilled shooter with clearly inferior equipment.
