Well I have two interests, long range, extreme long range and Are you @%#@ing nuts long range. That would be one. Second is CQB rifles.

I have a .308 and a .338 bolt rifle, some AR 500 targets and a video target came that can send live feed from over a mile.

Two AR15 platforms with budget optics, VTAC style 9 hole barricades, targets and a growing pile of tactical gear for the all important ubber cool look.

Interested in shooting with some other like minded folks. Last two gun buddies have kinda faded out of the picture, one by the most deadly of life's risks.. wife got pregnant. Don't know about the last...

Welcome to Boise Shooters!

I would be interested in a review of your video target cam if you get a chance to post one over in the forum.

I'll see what I can come up with. It is not a store bought unit. I built it myself. Target viewing is done on a 19" LCD TV.

Having just did a mile shoot, I would be very interested in your video setup as well. In fact, there's a bunch of us that would be very, very interested in your video setup if it can do a mile.

Oh, and Welcome!

Next time I'm out with it I'll give it an extended range check. The Tx Rx is rated for 1 mile with the included duck ant. I bought two YAGI's to focus the energy in one direction so it may boost the range.

You might think about shooting some of the local matches at the local gun clubs
You can shoot every weekend if you have the time and ammo budget

IDPA
USPSA
Steel Challenge
3 gun
LRTR
Practical Precision
.22 LRTR

all at Parma, Nampa or Emmett
plus you won't have to worry about a buddy bagging out on you
