I believe Luvmy45 and ekuo are both correct. I have loaded so many rounds on my single stage press I could do it blindfolded.

I was loading rifle.

Don't have my motor skills tuned up for rifle yet.
If it was 9mm... I wouldn't even break pace.

be careful reloading by candlelight. Especially when double-checking cases for double-charges.

shit anyone that doubles 223 with ball powder doesn't need to be reloading(hint you need enough room to put the bullet in)
