The government profile is perfect. Unless you're building a 20" match barrel you won't gain any type of "benefits" from an HBar. The additional couple of pounds is simply not worth it.  There will be no felt accuracy improvements from mounting an HBar on a shtf gun.
There are lots of good advice here... You really need to determine barrel length and twist. All that comes down to the bullet weight you intend to shoot. Again... Everyone has an opinion. Me personally... I like the military setups... Enjoy
