Topic: Parma Main Rifle Line Distances

I checked the Parma website, but does anyone know how far each set of berms is on the main rifle line out at Parma, and how big the hanging steel is at each berm?

I think max for May is 800 yards, not 100% on that though.
I'm guessing the May Match will be similar to April but not the same.

Don't know on the distances for the match but the berms at Parma are:

Alot of the shots would be on the berms simply for ease of set up.

That's correct. The berms are in meters out to 500m, with steel hanging at each berm to pound at.

The last target from the rifle line is 720 yards or so and has a steel gong as well.

The size of the gongs... I've got them written down in one of my data books, bu the best thing to do, is grab a tape measure and go out and measure them... put them in your log book and practice your mil'ing.

100 meters = none
150 meters = 16" wide x 19" tall
200 meters = 15" wide x 19" tall
300 meters = 20" wide x 20" tall
400 meters = 12" wide x 20" tall
500 meters = 18" diameter
710 yards   = 24" wide x 24" tall
