Friday afternoon LadyGlock and Shortmag are tying the knot. I was planning on going but just can't make it. So, here's a virtual toast:

Congrats! I saw Ralph earlier and he said that he was going and that I'm stuck here at work. If you haven't killed each other afterwards, then that's a good thing but I'll keep a cell open for one of you just in case.

I'd pop off some rounds in your honor, but my shoulder is in a huge sling and I'm on hydrocodone; firing my rifle one-handed while on narcotics doesn't seem like a terribly good idea

...Okay, for the record, I just poured a shot of scotch, hoisted it in a toast, then poured it back into the bottle for proper blessing at a later date. Best I can do for the moment

i have to admit, these new Maytags (made in Ohio BTW) are pretty friggin sweet. we found ourselves sitting on the laundry room floor last night watching the washer. I made the remark of how pathetic we must be and she said "welcome to marriage" $:-\$
