Idaho - Gun Friendly State
« on: August 22, 2011, 05:13:33 PM »
It is so good to be back home.  Just went on vacation to MA, and I get the impression that they HATE guns.  I wanted to buy a gun magazine for the flight.  Airport newstand - Negative (although I do understand that one), Grocery store - Negative.  Walmart - Negative.  I thought that I would check the price on ammo while at Walmart.  None to be found.  Not even shotgun shells.  But, they did have a nice selection of airsoft  :)  Gotta love a FREE state!!

Excellent point.  I should have clarified that.  A gun PERIODICAL, not magazine.

They also have a huge list of guns that can't be sold in the state.  It sounds very similar to the Republic of California on our side of the country.

This.

I'm always glad to come home after a visit with family.  My brother is in the market for a XD .45 and when I asked him if he was looking at the XDm he said he wasn't allowed to buy that one because it wasn't on the approved list :bs:
