Llama 9mm

Anybody have any experience with these? Ended up with one and kind of neat looking (little rough but not bad) in 9mm...does it shoot like a 1911 or is a totally different animal. They look the same to me but was just curious if anybody has any practical experience with them. Please no "Its a waste of money" comments...got one, just want to know how it is over all. Basically paid nooothing for it.

I have shot a couple of Lamma pistols. they were a bit rough, but they shot OK. Overall they were pretty close copy of the Colt 1911. Fun to shoot, but did seem to wear much faster than the Colt's did. For the right price I would have one for plinking.

I believe in gun control. Without control you are just spraying lead downrange.

I've had and have Llama' Revolvers as well as the Semi Autos. I had better luck with the older units as opposed to the newer units. Just take them out and shoot them, clean them and shoot them some more. And as always, sometimes you get what you pay for. Good Luck and happy shootin'

I have a Llama 45ACP and like it. The main worry about a working Llama is getting parts if something breaks.

Get a maintenance reference somewhere before disassembling as they are
not
the same as a 1911.
