Anyone here reload 12ga shotgun?
« on: May 27, 2011, 07:37:18 PM »
I want to practice loading the shotgun with some dummy rounds and don't like the snap caps I have tried. If you reload shotgun, would you be willing to create 12 dummy rounds for me? I would like 2 3/4" with some shot and a wad in them to create realistic weight and balance. Just minus primer and powder. I would be willing to pay a little for your time and trouble. I would REALLY appreciate it if I could get them next week if at all possible. I want to get in some practice before Iron Man. Thanks in advance.

I do reload for shot guns, most of my loads are 7/8 and 1 oz loads will that help? I can leave the spent primer in and that will give your firing pin something to hit.

A 1oz 2 3/4" would be perfect.

Anybody have a use for a couple of 5-gallon buckets full of empty shotgun shells? These are mostly 12ga, some 20ga, all bird shot from shooting clays. I don't have any use for them, just don't like leaving them littered all over the ground. Free to a good home.

You might try Cliffs or Larrys in Nampa. They may give you a few bones for them if no one pickes them up here.
