rk did mine they just cut the front sight back and threaded it only took 1 day to
not a trannsfer either
i just dropped the whole gun off

No.  He will book the firearm in (for sure if it stays overnight).  Meaning he will need your name, address, and a way to contact you.  When you pick it up he will book it out to you.  Meaning he just needs to check your ID to make sure you are the right person.  No 4473 is required because the firearm is not being transferred.

great job gang, all good info, no forms, work order made out, 65.00 for threading INCLUDES end cap. RK takes care of his B.S. crew, turn around 1-2 days. All work done RIGHT. 1/2x28 I assume, no worries.give me a buzz or stop by.
