Any one ever round up the components with a list where to get them I will supply you with some 50 cal API bullets. 8)

The washer I think was acting as a spacer below the cup that held the bullet because of the gas seal on the bottom of the cup.
The dime he said was to strengten the cup because he said the cup would blow by the bullet without it.
