Topic: Idaho state tax returns

Has anyone got their Idaho state return yet??  I keep checking on mine and it says its finished processing and will be sent out in 3 weeks.

This has been a nightmare tax year for me.  Was suppose to e-file, but the bank that is suppose to get the money has no record of it, so I think they are either sending it out snail mail or they took it because of an old debt the wife had, they took all of our federal return and had to file in injured spouse form to get at least half back.  What is the country headed for?

filed on 2/12 got it last week. my fed was a full 2 weeks faster...

Working in a CPA's office the turnaround time for state refunds is 3-5 weeks. Federal has been on the ball this year unless you had the first time homeowners credit in 2008 and are having to start paying it back this year, that has been causing delays for the the federal.

Fed was back in just about a week... State PAYMENT is sitting on my desk to be sent in on the last day of the last hour of the last minute. I think this year was about perfect, a wash get back and pay about the same amount.

Didn't let anyone sit on much of my money for an interest free loan.

The news said it would be min 4 weeks, Id wants to make sure you get the right amount back, so the state is double checking every return.
