Travis asked me to post for him. A number of you have said you will be RO's and SO's for SFAC. Can you give Travis a call or send him an email and confirm you are still available? 230-2063 or travis@sheepdogammo.com.  He is planning on being at the Nampa range all day Friday setting things up. He is looking for help from anyone that is willing and able to help set up on Friday. We will be at the range shortly after the crack of dawn on Saturday AM. If you can't help Friday, maybe you could show up early Saturday and lend a hand? We have a lot of shooters this year! The Nampa range is going to have a new look to it! Let us know and we will see you at Shoot for a Cure!

Hi Everyone!! If you are registered to shoot tomorrow you will be happy to know EVERYTHING IS REALLY COMING TOGETHER!!!! ;D The range is looking great, and the prize table and bucket drawings are all full of GREAT stuff.  Look's like partly sunny and warm/hot  for the weather.  If you are taking part in Shoot for a Cure, and you have an E-Z Up /Pop -Up that you would not mind setting up we could sure use some shade. We do have some but a few more would be nice. 8)
I think Travis is planning an RO / SO meeting at 7:00. Most of the set up will be done, but new location for SFAC means working out any bugs before the match.
Just want to say thank you again to everyone that has helped out this year. :-* Let's all have a safe, fun time for a worthy cause!!!!

Been at work since 4:30 this morning.

1st one I've had to miss.

Looks like a great time as usual.

Travis - Looks like all the scores are not on the list. I don't see any of The scores from Kaen's squad.

I am trying to get the scores posted on NRAGC.com but am having issues, least of which is my terrible head cold. So we can send the link to it when I get that done. Also let me know if you cannot open up the file I posted

Hi Everyone! Sorry for taking a few day's to recover, but I had a "baby" on Saturday! Labor was long, but delivery went better than expected!lol :D
Shoot for a Cure 2011 was a great time! We had a beautiful spring day. The wind blew and we all ate dust. One women said "At least I got my daily dose of minerals!" Almost everyone was gone from the range before the wind really started to howl!
We got 220 shooters through registration, shooting, lunch, bucket drawings and prizes in 7 hours! All that using 2 "carport" tents and an EZ-Up!
I heard nothing but good things about the Nampa Rod and Gun Club Outdoor Range. People commended the range on improvements and enjoyed the proximity of the range to Boise.
Travis and I have a lot of people to thank for their help making SFAC 2011 a success! :-*
Let's start with Nampa Rod and Gun Club! Scott Garrigus, Dennis Wilson, and Kelly Beale worked tirelessly getting the range improvements finished on time. The Board of Directors have a vision for the range and the drive to make it happen!
Thanks to all the sponsors! This year we gained Balm Shot and LaRue Tactical. Shoot for a Cure 2011 dillo's for everyone! We had 6 guns donated and Ted Nugent donated autographed mounted antlers! We had fantastic bucket drawings and prizes for everyone! Special thanks to our sponsors that have supported SFAC every year! You are the building blocks for our success!
Thank you shooters! Your generosity and interest in shooting is helping save lives in the Treasure Valley!
Thanks to the RO's, SO's and your assistants. You all did a fantastic job! I heard so many great things about you guys (and gals). Thanks for making many women's first taste of a "match" type shooting experience safe and enjoyable. We had a lot of medical personnel shooting at SFAC. We are glad no one needed more than a band-aid!
Thanks to all the "Chick Chat" ladies on Boise Shooters! All the help they gave at our 2 work days made things go smoother and faster! YOU WOMEN ROCK!
Thanks to all the volunteers. Everyone worked their butts off making sure things went smoothly and quickly!
Thanks to the Gibson family! Mike and Travis are great supporters and such a huge asset to the local shooting community! Rhonda, you are my hero! Gathering prizes, opening your home, offering advice....I am happy our relationship has evolved into a friendship. Thanks Wyatt for making the bracelets.
I turned away at least 150 shooters this year. Shoot for a Cure 2012 (our 5th year) registration will have a maximum number of shooters cut off, not a date. We start getting things going after SHOT Show in January. If you want to join us, sign up early!
We are always looking for help. If you are interested, let us know!
I will post donation amounts once I have the bills all paid. It's looking really good for the women of the Treasure Valley and early detection of breast cancer!
Thank you,
Tina & Travis Fisher
