$100/cartridge?!?!?! Is it even pre-loaded for you or do you have to handload them while being bent over your press?  :evilgrin:
I notice they do not mention a sizing die in the equipment provided. I assume it isn't necessary since either the cases will only ever be fired in one gun or is it because they disintegrate under the chamber pressures like a 120mm HEAT/AP round?


Kinda makes that Holland & Holland elephant gun seem affordable now.

I don't think the tool steel cartridges will expand, so they don't need resizing.  Probably why they are $100/ea.. :)

seems to indicate they are reusable. wonder how many times though indefinately is not a term thrown around alot with reloading. I would need alot of cash cause im a guy that likes to take atleast 50rounds per weapon to the range.

S7 is used in a lot of mould applications, it is particularly elastic and resistant to deformation even in a hard heat treated state. Yep, I'm guessing that cartridge will last damn near forever, wish I knew what the chamber presure was to get that big  bullet out there at .22-250/.220 Swift velocities, don't know why, sick facination I spose. What do you suppose the barrel life would be?

If you can afford 100 dollars per shell casing then rebarreling is gonna be the cheap part ;)

Would Love to see one impact a big fat ground squirrel just once though .... LOL

A big fat elk at 2K would be a real possibility with a rig like this if you could afford the optic to get your there and the recoil it would generate in a >16# rifle. Ouch! :-\
