Duracoting by Technique

 :P
if you do business with anyone there is good and bad. this is to let all know this time it's bad.
Poor time management, poor business practices, piss poor customer service on Techniques part.
probably be the last time that I have him do anything for us. custom or not 5 months is a ridulous amount of time to wait to get a gun Duracoted. and if you can't get it done, you man up and tell your customer and you give that customer a refund or make it right somehow, not just WHINE about the circumstances.
This is just my one experience this one time. just so all know.

Pop, thanks for letting us know.

How about somebody who does hardchrome?  Anybody you'd recommend?

Not sure if I'm going to do it, but its something I think about every now and then.

Life is hard.  It's harder if you're stupid and can't shoot straight.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience.  Both my rifle and my buddy's rifle were finished in about a week.  Good turn around but, with any business, there is good and bad.
Due to the actions of the offender...

I've had good luck with him as well, but I know right at the moment he is having some trouble with his work space. Not making excuses for him, just sayin.

My machinist just informed me a place in Parma may do hard chrome. Nope.
The Parma guy said a guy in Payette does it. Nope. EPA supposedly shut him down.

Two auto guys just told me everyone sends their stuff to a shop in Utah who sends a driver up to Boise regularly.
