You will be shooting past a 1000yds the course of fire is still in the planning
stage asking a 10.00 donation for steel targets....
Will keep you posted as things come together....
Will meet in town and go over the location and give directions....
 Hope to see you there.....
50-60 rounds of ammo two or three stages, open to most all calibers....

Who's steel are they using?  Does this mean you won't be at the NYD MOM 3 gun?

The main group are out of Sun Valley. They are the ones that have held
the long range shoots before.. As for the steel that they will be shooting
its theirs what they have is a question....
The contact information comes from a local shooter.
Idaho State police have a team coming local guys. As information comes in I'll share it.
TG are you thinking of coming down to the long range shoot if so you are
welcome to stay here..

thanks for the offer Nomad, but I think I'd get strung up if I cancelled the 3 gun match.

Well, if he wants to leave the keys to the shed with us and go play Siberian Sniper... I suppose that would be ok.

Might move up 1 spot in the standings  ;D

Ah...so many matches...so little time...can only be in one place at once...what to do...what to do....

But if you're really feeling the need to reach out and touch something at long distance, just don't forget to leave us a key!

How about a little side match... man on man at 500m... Setup 5 - 4" plates for each shooter.   ;D

Or even better... the dualing tree

And shoot it offhand -  :P

I think ekuo was talking about putting a side match together...it's like deja vu...i remember reading it on the road sometime last week.. its all a blur.

Well, I offered to set up and help run a side match in the adjacent pit at the MOM that people could shoot while they were waiting their turn at the MOM stage...  Offers still there if you think its a good idea.  Think I sent you that in a PM while you were traveling home last week.

PS, sorry for the hijack...

Ekuo,

That's easy... let's just drag out a plate rack and the dualing tree.

We can do Hero and Terrorist on the plate rack, and warm up with the dualing tree doing MoM.

East to reset, no paper, and no long trips down range...
