Possible K9 building search locations?

My wife has been working with a Schutzhund group training our German Shepherd, and one of the drills they are working on is building search.  Currently they don't have a building to actually search.  Does anyone have an idea about who to ask for possible locations to use?  Anyone have a vacant building available?

if you can ask a k9 cop they do it  ocasionaly

as far as locations schools maybe? or bribe somebody down at the fair grounds?

I was thinking PD K9 unit but figured it would not be open to the public.  Some of the training (this drill included) is probably similar to a LE exercise.  Just thought I'd ask here in case someone had a connection.
