Does anyone have a spare I could buy off them? I'm traveling this weekend and prefer to have my pistol with me. But can't get the part till next week from taurus.

Do you need 1.13 assembly or just the spring?
If it's just a spring I have a big box of gun springs you can look through.

There is a little PLASTIC (for some stupid ass reason) 'cap' that is one the back end of 1.13 that's the piece that broke and drilled me between the eyes. Glad I had my saftey glasses on. From what I gather 1.13 is 'complete' assembly.

Was in the middle of shooting some of my best groups ever with a pistol when it happend.

Can that cap be made from steel or aluminum?

im sure it could be... it would add a TON of weight thats why Taurus didnt  looking at it more closely it wasn't the cap that broke but the nylon rod that it was attached to.
i did manage to get the part ordered on Friday. sadly i wasnt able to take it with me on trip. not sure if i wanna take the p22 with me on the return trip or leave it with my wife.

has anyone ever ordered a part from taurus? its been almost two weeks and they have yet to even bill me. ive not read great things about there customer service. its seems a bit ridiculous that it would take them more than a few days to print a shipping label and drop a piece of plastic in a bag
