You'll probably want to go to Red's Trading Post in Twin Falls.  I can't help with IDPA.  Nomad lives in Jerome and might be able to help out with area details.  I'm sure some of the other Magic Valley residents will speak up.  Smiley

Welcome to Boise Shooters a great group of people here.........
There are a few gun stores in the valley.
Simerly's in Wendell has a good stock of items in for shooting, Reds prices are very high, we go to Sportsman in Twin Falls,  we as a group go to Boise and get most of our items for shooting...
Most of the people shoot close to town from Gooding, there is a old NG range east of town1,2,3, and 6 hundred yds,  you will be in the country in a mile or so
One Range in jerome not used by many in short
No IDPA, USPSA, or any other close. We drive to Treasure Valley and shoot there
great group of people there......
Hope that this helps you out look forward to meeting you....Nomad.
